Rachel Hupp is certified health coach through the American Council on Exercise where she studied a variety of dietary theories, behavioral change science, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), she studied yoga philosophy, compassionate functional movement, anatomy, relaxation, meditation, psychology, mindfulness, and meditation.

Drawing on her background, training, skills, and life experiences, Rachel supports her clients spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally.
