We know there are many ideas that can reach the world, but it is critical that you pinpoint your "WHO" from the very beginning. By doing so, you will have a narrow focus and a single target to shoot for.
A niche market is defined as a focused subset of a bigger market of consumers. It is your objective to find, understand, and most importantly address their specific needs through your targeted product or service. Standing out in a niche market establishes your reputation, boosts your authority as an expert, and attracts more customers to you.
In order to launch a successful idea aka business, there are several things one must have in place to ensure its success. Take the time to complete an assessment of your available resources based on your identified timeline.. By doing so, you will be able to see if your idea is viable. You also will be able to nail down your timeline from concept to completion.

Now you do not need to take out a second mortgage to do so; this part is NOT about going all in or even quitting your day job. This zone is the perfect place to iron out all the details and work out any kinks.
