I have recently completed the 28 day mobility challenge. I am over 70 and have had two hip replacements about 9 years ago so was still very stiff and found it hard to walk around without breathing heavy or wheezing. I thought there was no way I could ever do some of the moves on the on line challenge (I live out of province and not much of a 'techy'), anyway the first week was a challenge to say the least but as the days progressed it became easier, not necessarily a pretty sight and I often had to stop and laugh at myself with some of the moves. Some I was not able to do at all but tried. After finishing the 28 days I decided I would repeat the course and I am now into the second week once more and found I could actually do some of the things I was unable to do before, this is encouraging. I find walking easier and with less breathlessness. I have not lost any weight per se but I have definitely toned up therefore look slimmer which is also a big encouragement. I would like to challenge anyone, no matter your age to take the 28 day mobility challenge if you are not able to get to a live session. It is fun and easy and the instructor is encouraging . Doesn't matter what age you are you will be able to do it and feel better, it is fun and I actually look forward to doing my exercises in the morning, it doesn't take long and is well worth the effort.
