Where are you located?
Erin Wheless Wellness is location in Raleigh, NC BUT all the magic happens completely online or in the Wellness app.
Is this online Zoom Classes?
No, I have a Wellness app where you click on each day to view the scheduled workout to do at your own pace and whatever time you wish to perform them at the gym, at home, or vacation. If you prefer classes, I have some on the on-demand library & will be expanding each month.
What's the difference between this and a streaming workout app?
With my 30-day program you get an online min-course, 30 days worth of recipes and weekly meal plans, being able to sync your Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and IWatch to app. Along with coaching calls with me and able to message me anytime. AND MUCH MORE!
If I am out of shape or a beginner, can I still do the program?
Yes, my program is designed for anyone at any level to be able to do and the workouts will be modified to fit you needs and equipment you have on hand. You will also have me guided you every step of the way as I know how overwhelming it can be.
Do you have discounts or what if I bring a friend or family to sign up?
Yes, currently I am running a discount on the 30-Day Transformation at the moment and I do give a referral discount if you have a friend or family member signs up. You can choose to have it added to future services/programs or with the 30-Day Transformation if they sign up at same time you do.
How many workouts do I have a week?
You will have 3 strength & 2-3 cardio workouts. Some strength might include yoga. You can move your workouts to whatever day works for you.
What if don't have a gym and will be working out at home with not any equipment?
That is perfectly fine as I can modify any workout to bodyweight only and most of the workouts are bodyweight and dumbbells or bands for everyone to be able to do.
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, you receive 30 days+ worth of amazing and mouthwatering meals to flood your body with the nutrients it needs. Get 4 weekly meal plans with a grocery list and a eating out guide. Not to mention the Success plan guides you through better nutrition and I will be with you guiding you also.
When does my program official start?
The program will start on the following Monday once you purchase or can be moved to the next Monday, whichever is convenient. You will be added to the private group chat with other women who are in the program either just starting out, halfway, or near the end. So you will not miss out on the great community.
What if I have more questions?
