My Story

In 2008 I was 50 lbs overweight, my cholesterol was high, triglycerides were high and I just did not feel that great. So, even though I was still exercising everyday, I was stuck. That is when I decided to follow a whole food based nutrition plan and throw all the processed junk out of my refrigerator and pantry. It was time for a new start. Through this process, we decided that everyone needs to learn this. We wanted to help others find their path to health, lose weight and feel amazing again.


And it works amazing. 13 years later, it has gotten even better.
