Healthy & Delicious 5 Ingredient Recipes

I was excited to open the new Playbook, “Healthy & Delicious 5 Ingredient Recipes”. Who doesn’t love simple, delicious recipes? One of my biggest turn-offs is a recipe that uses unusual ingredients – something I have never heard of and wouldn’t have on hand or something that isn’t even available in Canada. If I don’t know what it is, I usually move on to another recipe.

These recipes use common healthy ingredients and don’t take hours in the kitchen to prepare. I do put some effort into meal prep, but sometimes, I need something that I can quickly put together with what I have on hand. It’s also pretty handy that you can use frozen or canned veggies in some recipes.

There’s even a slow cooker recipe: “Mexican Meatball Stew.” The Playbook is easy to navigate and has clear recipe instructions. I can’t wait to try the Mexican Meatball Stew, the Fruity Jam, and the Bacon, Spinach & Potato Frittata. Thanks, Mike! - Lyn O.
