Jasmine is a wife and a mom to a teenage son. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Global Management. She worked in Corporate for several years, and although she was successful in her professional life she was not fired up. She knew God had a different plan for her life. In her obedience to God, Jasmine has since pursued a certification in Health Coaching and is currently living out that calling on her life.

Jasmine is passionate about helping Christian women entrepreneurs empowering them with the tools and biblical strategies to achieve optimal health so they have the sustained energy to walk confidently in their God-given assignment, without having to sacrifice their family and faith.
