My Story
Hi my name is Kyle Ross and I am the founder and Coach at Ross Fitness - Out of the Box Training. After struggling myself with self-esteem, confidence and bullying I found strength training and it literally saved my life giving me a why and direction after struggling for many years. I wanted to share my journey and my message to help as many people as I could!
I now have been coaching clients for 20 years operating a transformation center for the last 10 years working in the trenches with men and women in their 30's and 40's trying to get stronger, build muscle & burn body fat!
