Hi, I’m Andy Luukkonen. MO-BIL-IZE is the culmination of spending over 10 years assessing and correcting dysfunctional movement patterns for clients. Working closely with them on a day-to- day basis has allowed me to accumulate indispensable knowledge and skill in developing corrective exercise routines on a one to one basis and now I want to share that expertise in a group environment.
MO-BIL-IZE is a series of corrective movements put into dynamic sequences that target almost every joint and trouble spot that cause pain. Once these areas start to move the way they should, the pain, stiffness and discomfort will minimize or completely go away.
I truly believe in one thing: the fitness industry is supposed to help make people’s lives better. Founded on the concept that fitness should be easy and accessible to those who need it most, MO-BIL-IZE was designed to help solve people’s mobility problems.
