SELF DEFENSE:
The defense of one's person or interests, especially through the use of physical force.
In today’s world we are constantly reminded of the negativity that surrounds us and how important it is to remain vigilant in order to be safe out in public. This program was created to install the confidence and guide you in the skills of self-defense to be able to handle yourself if ever in a bad situation. it is better to be always prepared and alert then to be caught off guard and not know what to do at all.
This self-defense program is a six-week course held every other Saturday, each class will be an hour long and designed to teach all participants how to not only avoid, but to also defend and escape from a would-be attacker while on your feet or on the ground if you were ever compromised.

Learn basic self-defense moves that will form a foundation going forward and provide self-confidence that a sense of protection is attainable

WEEKS
Weeks 1-2
Weapons and Self-Defense
These weeks focus on self-defense against knives, and you will be given some knowledge on small self- defense items you can carry on you and how to safely use them.
3-4
WEEKS
Weeks 2-3
Self-Defense on the Ground
We will help you know what to do if someone takes you down to the ground, including how to regain control of the situation.
5-6
WEEKS
Weeks 3-4
