I'm Erin, an OTR/L, health coach, certified mindset coach, and owner of The Healthy OT Movement. When I first started working as an OT, I lost my motivation and energy to take care of myself. I went from consistent exercise and healthy nutrition to seriously struggling.


When I learned how to start taking better care of myself, I decided it's time to make a difference and help other OTs do the same. Now I help OT's reach their fitness goals and manage stress through healthy nutrition, exercise, and mindset work.
