About Ann Marie
Hey there! My name is Ann Marie! I'm a certified personal trainer + macro nutrition coach, mom of 3, wife to my high school sweetheart and dog mom to our Bernedoodle Harlow.
I help crazy busy moms like YOU go from anxious to organized in all things fitness + nutrition. I build quick, effective workouts + provide flexible nutrition principles, so you can achieve lifetime results.

I've always been an active person, growing up as a dancer, and have applied a healthy lifestyle to my daily routine...until I had kids. Pregnancy stopped the momentum and it just kept snowballing from there.
After my third baby, I had enough. It was time to take control of myself, my eating and my activity. I wanted to be a better mom and find balance in my life for what was important to me. I needed to find my tribe, and combined my love of movement with my passion to coach women.
Naturally with my dance background, I started my journey in Stott Pilates and became a barre instructor. I went on to earn my NASM CPT with a specialization in nutrition, coaching women 1:1 and in small groups...until March 2020, need I say more.
That's when I took my business online and the dreams of leading my very own women's fitness community became a reality (pinch me I'm so freaking excited).
My friend, if you're reading this, I want you to know two things.
1. I know you need a strong tribe to hold you accountable and keep you motived, especially on those days you don't want to show up.
2. I've tried ALL THE THINGS so when it comes to my training, I create programs based on results. Period. Nothing too fancy or complicated - scheduled on your own time.
It's my passion to help you realize fitness + food doesn't have to be that hard. You really can have it all! I want to help you create well deserved space for yourself, find time for what is important and finally feel like you have a solid plan in place, with a community of support behind you.
