10 years ago, I did my ACL which led to surgery & pain in my knee can be constant if I don't keep up with training, but it can also mean the muscles in my body get tight and still give me knee pain. So, it's important to look after my whole body. The videos were a great way to have a visual and follow along. It also showed the time which meant you had the visual that it wouldn't take too long.
Since doing the program there is no pain in my knee if I keep up with the daily stretches. This program definitely helps to relieve pain and create good habits looking after your body.
