I'm an occupational therapist, personal trainer, and health coach. I've always loved fitness, but when I became an OT, I realized how difficult it can be to stay consistent when life gets busy.


My mission is to help OT's take better care of their body and mind through exercise, nutrition, and mindset coaching.
