Rachel is certified health coach as well as a cognitive behavior life coach. She studied a variety of dietary theories, behavioral change science, practical lifestyle management techniques, mindfulness exercises, and innovative coaching methods. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200/RYT500/YACEP), she studied yoga philosophy, compassionate functional movement, anatomy, relaxation, meditation, psychology, mindfulness, and meditation.
