We are a caring and supportive community at TASH Wellness. We may suffer from eating disorders. We may have joint replacements, or discomfort in our joints and muscles. The community at TASH is striving to be healthy no matter their size, or age or limitations. There is no judgement allowed!

It’s about living without medications. It’s about living a better quality of life – not trying to achieve a certain number.
We are an inspired community of women and men at TASH Wellness. Our members find support from one another and the team members. TASH members become knowledgeable of what is needed to live a healthy lifestyle while being an inspiration and support system to one another.
TASH Wellness members support one another, the team, and the entire community. The community knows that it can be a difficult journey because they are all in the same situation, which makes support that much more meaningful and powerful.
“It has been approximately 8 weeks since I joined the TASH Wellness for Women community…and it is, indeed, a community. That means about 24 classes. I have never NOT wanted to get up early…for me…and come to class. It also means there have been 24 DIFFERENT training sessions…an amazing feat. Group training, also known as personal training in a group setting, helps build that sense of community in small groups while recognizing each member’s individual goals and individual limitations. Group sessions are a less expensive alternative to personal training and semi-private training while also working in groups and supporting one another through peer motivation and camaraderie.
These are LIVE sessions held in our Skokie, IL studio with members in studio exercising with you at home. The workout is live streamed into your home or office. These sessions are led by one of our certified Functional Aging Specialists with our focus for each session to hit all 6 areas of Physical Function: Cardiovascular, Cognitive, Flexibility, Neuromuscular, Strength and Balance.

There are plenty of gyms and fitness centers, but only TASH Wellness employs degreed Fitness Professionals and Functional Aging Specialists. It is our goal to increase the amount of healthy active years our seniors and just about anyone have as well as decreasing the odds of disease and preventing injury. Today’s seniors are living longer, more active lives and we are here to make sure they live those to the fullest!
We encourage balanced eating incorporating all food groups. We believe in fueling the body with the appropriate amount of calories and macronutrients and don’t believe that one nutrition plan works for everyone. We do not promote supplements or products, but when needed, we offer medical/pharmaceutical grade supplements. And, we provide accountability to meet your goals in both nutrition and health and wellness.
