These programs are designed with science in mind for people 55 and older and can be performed anywhere outside our studio.

WHAT IS ONLINE GROUP TRAINING?

These are LIVE sessions held in our Skokie, IL studio with members in studio exercising with you at home. The workout is live streamed into your home or office. These sessions are led by one of our certified Functional Aging Specialists with our focus for each session to hit all 6 areas of Physical Function: Cardiovascular, Cognitive, Flexibility, Neuromuscular, Strength and Balance. Every week we have a different focus: Cardio, Muscle Endurance or Muscle Gain, which we incorporate into a safe, engaging workout.

Our sessions are small enough that you get the attention you need whether you are in our studio or Zoom session. And because our sessions are taught virtually and in person, you can choose how you would like to access your workout. You can still be a part of our wonderful community from the comfort of your home or office.


Group training, also known as personal training in a group setting, helps build that sense of community in small groups while recognizing each member’s individual goals and individual limitations. Group sessions are a less expensive alternative to personal training and semi-private training while also working in groups and supporting one another through peer motivation and camaraderie.


These workouts may be station-to-station with a different exercise at each station, or the group may be all doing the same workout all at once. Whichever the case may be, the skills for you individually will be specific and modified for your body to prevent injury. We work WITH your limitations not avoid them.


Watch the care our trainers take in helping each member perform the exercises correctly and make changes to the exercise for individual limitations. Our trainers know how to customize for every individual so that you feel comfortable. TASH ONLINE is the answer you've been looking for if you don’t want to come to the studio, are too far the studio or are on vacation.

We know there's fear in trying something like this that is why we ALWAYS have our potential members (wanting in studio or online training) come to the studio to observe a live training session. Then you will have an option of joining a 4- or 6-week trial first. We want you to come into the studio and see what this is all about.
