Personal training is the Rolls Royce of training at TASH Wellness. This one-on-one, 30-minute training will have you and your Coach working together with all eyes on YOU! Your goals and fitness level are at the forefront of the coach at all times.

Functional movement plays a huge part of the workouts our personal trainers use. Functional movement allows them to create various, individualized workouts for the specific member with movement limitations in mind. Since our trainers address each member’s specific needs, they can improve without the threat of injury.
You have just finished rehab for a body part and have a medical release
You are going to have a joint replacement in the near future
You have just finished cardiac rehab and have a medical release
You have problems walking independently
You want to work out alone (we will try to talk you into group sessions for the comradery)
Your schedule does not match our group or semi-private session schedule
