We design different levels for every exercise plus we offer accommodations to individuals with limitations. The levels allow newbies and old pros to train at the same time and each experience an appropriately challenging workout.

Each client has their own individualised program based on their assessment and goals. The client then goes through their program under the guidance of a coach. Sessions allow up to 4-6 people at a time.

A healthy diet does not have to be complicated, keep it simple and take it step by step.
